TEDZ works with qualified local service businesses across the United States, including trades such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration, electrical, and other businesses whose customer opportunities arrive by call, message, form, and scheduling request.

Jordan is the AI employee inside TEDZ. Jordan is designed to support customer conversations and to feed the record that the Business Intelligence Review is built from. Jordan is one component of the TEDZ system, not the whole of it. Which channels are active depends on the selected service and on setup and verification.

What a Business Intelligence Review is

A Business Intelligence Review is a recurring written review of how customer inquiries moved through a business over a defined period. It states what was observed in the accepted sources, what could not be established, which sources were unavailable, and what the owner may want to address next. Findings are labelled so an observation, an unconfirmed outcome, a gap in visibility, and a reasoned inference are never presented as the same thing.

How TEDZ works

Observe: customer interactions are recorded through the sources a business authorizes. Review: TEDZ examines how inquiries were handled, where responses were delayed, and where follow-up cannot be confirmed. Report: the owner receives a Business Intelligence Review, reviewed and approved by a person at TEDZ before it is delivered.

TEDZ does not replace an owner's judgement, and it does not claim to capture every interaction or to guarantee an outcome. A review reflects only the information available to TEDZ from the sources in scope, and it says so.
