How long does setup take?
Setup timing depends on the service selected and on the accounts and approvals involved. TEDZ confirms a schedule with you before work begins rather than quoting a fixed turnaround.
Do I need to change my website?
No. TEDZ works alongside the systems you already run rather than replacing them. Which connections are supported depends on what your current tools provide, and we confirm that with you during setup before anything is promised.
What does it cost?
Founding Partner pricing is covered on a short call with Rhiana. No long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice.
Do you replace my receptionist?
No. TEDZ is not a staffing replacement. TEDZ shows you where customer opportunities are breaking down across the systems you already use, so your team knows what needs attention. Where a business also wants a customer-facing responder, Jordan is available as a separately scoped addition, and which channels are active depends on configuration and verification for that business.

What is the Business Intelligence Review?
Each month you receive a Business Intelligence Review. Every line is labeled so you can tell an observation from an inference, and every review discloses the sources included, the period covered, any sources that were unavailable, and how much of your customer journey we were able to observe. It ends with recommended next actions tied to the evidence behind them, and it is delivered as a written review followed by a 30-minute call. Every review is read and approved by a person at TEDZ before it is sent.
How does Jordan support Business Intelligence?
Jordan responds to and organizes your customer interactions. TEDZ uses that activity to make customer patterns, follow-up gaps, and business opportunities easier to understand.
Do I need to replace my existing software?
Not necessarily. TEDZ is designed to work alongside your existing processes and tools when a supported connection is available. The exact setup depends on the systems your business currently uses.
Will I need to manage another dashboard?
